Which class is right for me?

FastTrack(most popular): FastTrack study offers progress that is 50-100% faster than most comparable Chinese programs offered by other establishments in Australia. This program enables you to learn faster and graduate earlier. Small group classes, containing an average of 3-5 students, allow our teachers to offer you individual support while you also learn from others.

PrivateTrack: PrivateTrack is expensive. Therefore, it should be the last choice. We will consider this option if we can’t find a suitable FastTrack group class for you.

Initial & HSK level 1 – HSK level 5

Group class: 150 minutes (2.5 hrs) class per week (Face-to-Face or Online)

If you want to learn Chinese, the Perth Beijing Chinese school is the place to be! I'm currently in the intermediate language classes (having also completed their beginner and pre-intermediate classes) and am still thoroughly enjoying each and every lesson. The teachers are all very passionate, engaging and friendly, and classes small and interactive. HSK (Chinese language competency) testing is also possible through the school making everything you need in the one place! So glad I chose to study at the PBCS!

Ken is a wonderful teacher who makes learning Chinese enjoyable and rewarding. He balances making sure we are learning everything we need to know with maintaining a positive, relaxed atmosphere where we can ask questions and make mistakes. The Mandarin classes are fantastic and our teacher, Li Xiaoli, goes above and beyond the classroom work and provides so much more info wrt use of the language in day to day scenarios and fun stuff including apps, music, food, etc!! Vanessa is a terrific teacher, knowledgeable and extremely talented. She treats everyone exactly the same, with friendly kindness and a great willingness to answer all our questions. Plus she is very VERY patient, which is important for beginning students of Chinese. Class zips along because she makes it so much fun, and the exercises are varied and interesting. She's also very funny and energetic - I get a kick out of watching her ponytail fly around when she's in action. I've been studying with Alex for 2 months now and have found him to be welcoming, attentive and flexible. The class sizes are small so we all get a chance to practice our speaking skills and be corrected on pronunciation. I would recommend these classes to everyone wanting to study mandarin. It's a much better format then large language classes and if classes are missed they can be made up at another time. Plus the night time classes are great for fitting around work, uni and other commitments.
